At T3 Micro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your styling tool, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our website.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Tool

  Securely place your T3 product in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
